1. HTML and CSS are not programming languages. Websites also couldnt exist without them.

2. I somewhat agree about Java but a majority of backends are written in Java. As such learning it, even now, will give you props.

3. C++ is still used for games and native software, so still valid to learn, especially if you want to learn hardware programming.

4. You should have at least mentioned C# to learn somewhere in here
