I think that one should have a little pressure. For me, if there is no pressure, I get easily distracted and spend more time wondering if I'm doing to the right thing, or the millions of other things I could be doing.
Running your own business is not a pressure-free job. You have to worry about overhead and taxes constantly and whether or not you're making enough to keep food on the table. You also got to worry if you're in the confines of regulation and not breaking any that could get your doors shut by the Feds.
If you're not feeling the pressure from that, you're either a natural-born to do this or you're doing something terribly wrong.
