React has structure. Lack of structure is fault of the developer, not the framework.

React depends on either OOP concepts or functional concepts. Both concepts are used plenty outside of React. Not knowing how to use them outside of React is your fault, not the framework's.

There are lots of dependencies but they do not really affect the functionality of your app too much if at all in a negative way.
